All products are delivered electronically.

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital products via download link, Canva template link, email, or another digital delivery method.

Atelier Buba is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect email addresses or other information provided by the customer.


SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on this website, including but not limited to templates, graphics, designs, text, images, logos, branding, downloads, and digital products, remains the intellectual property of Atelier Buba unless otherwise stated.

All rights are reserved.


SECTION 6 - DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

All digital products purchased from Atelier Buba are licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for your own personal or business purposes.

You may:

  • Use purchased templates for personal use.
  • Use purchased templates within your own business.
  • Modify templates for your own use.

You may not:

  • Resell templates.
  • Redistribute templates.
  • Share template links with others.
  • Transfer your license to another person.
  • Offer the templates as standalone products.
  • Claim the original designs as your own.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of your license and legal action.


SECTION 7 - CANVA DISCLAIMER

Some products require a Canva account.

Atelier Buba is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to Canva and complying with Canva’s terms and conditions.

We cannot guarantee the continued availability, functionality, or compatibility of Canva’s platform.


SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, products, or services provided by third parties.

Your use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if:

  • The product cannot be accessed due to an issue on our side.
  • The product differs substantially from its description.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You lack the software, equipment, or knowledge required to use the product.
  • You are dissatisfied with the design, style, or content after purchase.


SECTION 11 - EUROPEAN UNION DIGITAL CONTENT WAIVER

For customers located within the European Union:

By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once access to the digital product has been provided.


SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Buba disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or products.


SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Buba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
