Digital Products
Atelier Buba sells digital products only. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at atelier.buba.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review the issue and do our best to provide a solution.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- The digital product is defective or cannot be accessed.
- The product received is substantially different from the description provided.
- There is a technical issue on our side that prevents delivery of the product.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Lack of knowledge, software, or equipment required to use the product where requirements were clearly stated.
- Dissatisfaction with the design, style, or content of the product after download.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires once the download or access to the digital product has begun.
