DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Atelier Buba sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital product through a download link, Canva template link, email, or another digital delivery method specified at checkout.

Most products are delivered immediately after purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take a little longer due to payment verification or technical issues.

Access Issues

If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at atelier.buba.shop@gmail.com and include your order number.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have the required software or platform access needed to use the purchased product.

Some products may require a Canva account. Atelier Buba is not responsible for issues arising from Canva account restrictions, platform outages, or changes made by Canva.

Delivery Confirmation

A product is considered delivered once access to the digital files or template links has been provided to the customer.
